"The Leadership Portfolio for Young Professionals" differs from traditional lectures and/or case study courses. It offers a unique learning experience for young professionals who wish to become international leaders. The participant group is small (6-8) and creates a special "learning community". Young professionals discuss personal drives, feelings, fears and ambitions in an open manner. Learning occurs principally through experiential exchange, which will be lead and facilitated by a seasoned consultant and a matured practitioner. They will share their international expertise in intercultural coaching, performance development and the process of setting objectives.
