"The Leadership Portfolio for Young Professionals"
differs from traditional lectures and/or case study courses. It offers a unique learning experience for young professionals who wish to become international leaders. Young professionals discuss personal drives, feelings, fears and ambitions in an open manner. Learning occurs principally through experiential exchange, which will be lead and facilitated by a seasoned consultant and a matured practitioner. They will share their international expertise in intercultural coaching, performance development and the process of setting objectives.
