We will prepare you for your new role! systemicslean™Teaching will assist you in your new teaching tasks. We will demonstrate you and practice with you new methods of knowledge transfer and teaching tools. They will enable learners to accumulate knowledge independently.

• to identify and strengthen learners′ strengths,
• to eliminate/reduce weaknesses & improve learners′ self-confidence,

systemicslean™Teaching consists of three fixed training units of five hours apiece, followed by a 12 week implementation phase, during which we will accompany your questions and themes with supportive knowledge and feedback.
